2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission parking brake adjustment

What's the easiest way to adjust the parking brake? I have rear disks and the brake barely holds the truck by itself. When I park on a hill with my trailer I hate to have all that weight on the transmission.

The rear brakes are disc's but the emergency brakes are drum brakes with brake shoes... these shoes have a mechanical adjuster just like any other drum brake... If you get the rear axle up off the ground, put the truck in N you can spin the rear wheels and adjust the brake shoes with a brake spoon, or screw driver until the brake shoes lightly rub the drum... .
