2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Parking Brake light on

The parking brake light is on all the time and the cruse control is not working.

I checked the codes in the computer and no coded where entered. I checked the switch and it is ok. Checked all the fuses as-well ??????. I'm wondering if there is a recall on the break system. 2001 3500 ??????????????

Might be the rear wheel speed sensor.
