Part number for bed cleat/tiedown 2003

I need the part number for the bed cleat or tie down things (4 total) for a 2003 2500. They kind of look like boat cleats. Anyone?

For a 2005 Ram, the "with liner" Bed Cleat was Part No. 813260528 and cost $20 at the dealer. I think the w/o liner part number would have actually fit better as the screws for the with liner part were too short. Since the old screws for the missing/broken cleat were still there I substituted them. The dealer will have the parts diagrams.

I don't have the actual tie downs, but if you need the adapters for use with the factory bed liner, I have four that I don't need... (along with the bed liner) Let me know if you're interested.

Ok, does anyone have any other source (other than the dealer) for tie downs that would fit in the stock locations. I have seen some people on here talking about some billet aluminum ones, but searching on ebay and google didnt find anything. Any suggestions?
