Part #s for Bosch Motorsports 30&50HP 143degree injectors for '04 ?

Hi Forum. Trying to price out replacement injectors. I see mention of 30HP variety of this injector, but cannot find nor can I find any Bosch part numbers for either of these injectors ? The BMS variety is only available as a Bosch part, not available with Cummins part # ?

That is because they are not a Bosch part, the 30 HP is a customized injector by resellers. The only injectors from Bosch that are production run are stock, and 2 marine\off road injectors at 50 and 100 HP, relative. Everything else is molested by BMS or resellers outside the Bosch parts chain.

Bosch Marine 100 HP: 0445120256

What you get with any other than that will be a guess and you have to rely on word of mouth or others experience as to suitability and efficacy. In the US there are 2 authorized BMS dealers that sell BMS parts on new Bosch bodies if requested, S&S and Exergy. Everyone else is pretty much doing their own assembly and nozzle builds. Outside the US the recognized experts are Big Bang Injection in Austria. Source Automotive in Portland OR is the main dealer stateside. You will pay more for BBI up front but you will never go wrong on quality. You can offset the cost by selling your used ones for core prices.

Is there a Cummins part # for any of these ?

Probably but they should be able to cross the Bosch numbers easily. You will likely pay more thru Cummins than buying directly from an injector wholesaler so sourcing them elsewhere is usually the route we take.
