I do believe there is a minumum speed limit on all interstates. I have heard of people that have been ticketed for such.

I know that Arkansas does have a minimum speed limit on it's interstates. Generally Big trucks have a lower speed limit as well.

Reminds me of an incident several years ago. A women, driving north on IH 35 from Austin to Dallas, complained about the rude truck driver who ran her off the road. Seems she enjoyed riding in the shade of his trailer when he passed her so she kept pace for several miles until he got fed up. She was probably not a native Texan.
