Patriot Blue 3500

I was up near Ft Dix today and saw a Patriot Blue 3500 QC 4X4. The truck was beautiful. Wish I could have stopped to look at it in detail. It wasn't a Sport but did have the telltale Cummins badge on the door. I thought I read a post that Dodge wasn't offering that color in the 3/4 and 1 tons. Maybe they changed their minds? Or was the color offered on a previous model year?

<font color=teal>The "Sport" option isn't available with Patriot Blue. My 2001 ¾ ton is patriot blue and I love it! Ecspecially when the sun shines on it and you see the deep metallic looking color of it. </font>

The Patriot Blue is available in the 1 ton. It is the Intense Blue that is not. That was the color I really wanted but had to settle for the Driftwood. Eventually I would like to two-tone it with the Intense Blue top and bottom.

Whoops! My mistake, got the colors mixed up. It WAS an Intense Blue!! (Patriot being the dark color, right?) This was a bright blue, looking in my Ram brochure it was a Intense Blue that I saw. Beautiful truck!

It wasn't at a dealer, it was at someones house. I might be up that way again next week, if it's still there, I'll stop in.

im getting ready to order a 2001 3500 quad cab 4x4 and really wanted the intense blue also. will probably settle for the driftwood. none were on the lot to look at ,,,is it more of a gray or silver color and how does it look as far as shine etc. the pictures in the new ram book tend to make the colors look diferent than they are. the flyer shows a 3500 in driftwood and it looks good,, is the flyer and you that have driftwood pretty close? thanks for any info!!

The Driftwood is silver with a brown tint to it. It is really sharp! The colors comes out on a nice sunny day. If I were to get a new truck, I would probably order it with Driftwood. #ad
Although, if it were possible, a Solar Yellow 3500 would be *****in!!
