I've used paypal a ton and have never had any trouble. In looking through that paypal complaint site one thing I noticed is that if you keep your account empty (ie, transfer any received funds back to your checking account) you're pretty safe. Mostly they talk about someone paying you with a stolen credit card and then their security center locking your account and taking any funds there out of it. If you don't have any funds in it to begin with other than the latest transaction you're limiting your exposure. Jrandol, the user could dispute the charges but I think they could do that after you transferred funds anyways. For me, once I have the funds in my paypal account I consider it received.
