Does anyone know the part# for the pcm that can be flashed to gain some more miles an hour before the transmission goes to overdrive for a 95. I am going to up grade and I am trying to gather all of the needed parts. I would like to see a 3 to 4 shift at 55 to 60 miles an hour at part throttle. If the oil to water innercooler does not do any thing of value then when I have some room it will come out. Jimk

I did not know that the DDT controller would work on the 95 . I was under the impression that a different pcm was required. Thanks Jim

I believe it is a 47rh like mine in the 94. My PCM can't be flashed either but have been able to get the shift points up some by adjusting the TPS.

Take the inserts out of the holes in the TPS, put it back on and rotate it as far ccw as you can.

I had to elongate the holes a little bit but was able to get it to shift into OD at about 50 mph under light throttle instead of 40.

Thanks that is a idea. I have a 47rh like yours in the 95. If I only knew how to add a value to the program. I will not have these problems again with the next truck. jimk

P/N's 4798745 or 4856080 are the revised controller software p/n's. P/N's 56028335 or 56028336 are reflashable controllers. Will raise lock up speed to about 52-55 mph. TSB 21-04-95.
