PCM?

I recently acquired a 1991 Ram 250 CTD, regular cab. Does the '91 have a PCM? If so, where might it be located? I am trying to work out a cruise control problem (it doesn't work) and in my research I've come across references to a PCM. However, these references were in regards to 1993 trucks. Working on my truck, I haven't seen a PCM, but perhaps I'm not looking in the right place (if there is one).

Build date is July 1991.

I think the 1991 had the same basic thing, called a SBEC (single board engine controller) and yeah, it handles cruise among other things. On my 92 it's driver's side fender, kind of tucked up behind the battery.
