I put a Pdr 12 valve grind cam in a while back and finally got a few easy miles on it. It pretty much does what Piers said it would do. Egt is down, noticeable change on the bottom. It pulls off idle more like my first gen motor. That is one of the things I missed when I went to this motor. When I put this new motor in every time you blip the throttle and it returned to idle it would drop down low and sound like it was going to die then jump up to idle speed. That stopped when I did the cam. I have noticed that it builds boost easier from about 1300 rpm up. As far as the top end goes, I am not sure . I put a ported ATS manifold and ported 14cm exhaust housing with a Pdr modified waste gate on it while I was taking it easy on the cam. The new wastegate is set down at 34lbs so my top end is lacking due to being about 8lbs lower boost on the Dodgezilla. I think difference in low end response will really be noticeable when I am towing. Quite pleased.
