Keith,

At our shop and it is a Dyno Dynamic Dynamometer. Latest and greatest dyno on the market.

We also have a brand new exhaust system in the dyno bay.

Our shop? You work at PDR you mean? I didn't know you guys had a dyno yet. Cool deal. Haven't heard of the Dyno Dynamic... do they have a website or something? I wanna check it out.

Mark, I'll be there! Although I won't dyno my Ram, I'll still kick in the $25. for charity.

Are you going to Diesel Thunder III?

[I'm still trying to get my Ram back together... :D]

Hey John,

Glad you can make it. Sorry, no I can't make this one as I have been hunting moose ( just got back and bagged a big one on the 18th) and have to go to a wedding this weekend. Better make it to the wedding seeing as they changed their date because I was going on my hunting trip.

Wish I could have made it. Always a great day of chatting with you guys and seeing your special truck.

great trophies too

Thanks to everyone at PDR for a job well done, this group worked very hard to make everything run first class all the way :)

It was nice to meet several TDR Members that have been here from way back when ;) and from several states away

Lots of HP and smoke to go around.

Thanks Piers and everyone at PDR

#2 Only Class Top Dog was Jason Burton of North West Customs.

753hp :--) I ran him 2 times on the dyno. After the 1st run which just about pulled the dyno apart at 752hp  We had to rethink the strapping system. Slippage wasn't a problem. Holding him back from running up and over the roller at that power was. We used Piers truck as a anchor. (We have to install some floor anchors in the near future to hold this big dog. )

Jason backed up his first run with a 753hp run.

I made sure ALL trucks were run in 1:1 gear ratio's to keep a level playing field.

The Team PDR trucks didn't run as we wanted the day to be for the people that came from far and wide.

Piers did put on a show for the people at the end of the 12hr day of dynoing.

:D

We will post more #'s of the classes tomorrow.

Thanks for making PDR DynoMania 2003 a success.

A big Thank You to Piers and his entire crew, and the volunteers, for an extremely long day of truck fun!

It was my first dyno event and since I just have a straight pipe and DD TTPM on my H. O. I entered the under 250 class. I broke out with @ 288. 7 H. P. and around 695 torque. Yes I'm still psyched!

After seeing those numbers I decided to install a set of DD II's. Oh boy!

Thanks to willyslover, BPINE and thekidfan for the tech help, tool loan and wrench handing.

I didn't have time to run with the II's in, but my clutch started slipping today on my drive home:D I think I can nurse it home, I set my TTPM down to timing only.

DAMMMMM... ... 753

I'm sorry I missed that, would have liked to seen that on the dyno. I was there till about 11:00 but had to catch the ferry back to the Island. This was my first Dyno event... . I will be sure to go to Piers next one, would love to see the SMOKE SHOW:D . They put on a heck of a good show from what I saw, and had some awesome prices... ... . I think they had every item in the joint on sale.

Nice job, Jason. Excellent increase since your recent dyno runs on the Dynojet at Shelley's in Spokane (513 with big injectors and 571 with 370 injectors, right?) What's your secret? Is it that Canadian air? :D Are you still running those Nathan-style twins? Or, did you come up with a new design. Darn, I'm gonna have to add another turbo soon :( I guess that stoopid pump is doing the job for you??

Sorry I couldn't get there, must have been a great time. Oo.

I still have the original PDR/NWC street twins on 40/18 + HT3B like the ones Nathan had on for May Madness.

The pump still isn't a Stoopid pump YET , nor do I have 13mm P's & B's Yet

I did however run a set of injectors that were close to WRONG atleast on the street but they worked well, and could be run on the street if you never looked in the mirrors

as for the #'s from the last Dyno Jet run had a few issues with the truck but I think I have most of them resolved for now.

HoleshotHolset

Still the stock bottom end with 190,000mi on it

Jason

Yep, I guess I need another turbo, under the one I already got :D

Hmmm, big injectors instead of those lightly honed 370s and a big pump. Yeah, all I need now is money ;)

Great job, Jason. Now I gotta get back to work; I haven't done anything since May Madness. If you get down here for Nov 8, maybe we can show those pesky overvalved cousins what the correctly valved Rams can do

Oo.

Jason,

Would you care to post your dyno technique?

Got one coming up Saturday, could use all the help I can get!:)

And did you forget my bumper/grill gap filler? ;)
