BillGotthelf - Why did you choose the KSB1B for your top turbo? Is it wastegated internally or externally? ... and at what boost? Sorry if this is proprietary, it's the direction I'll be heading eventually and I want to keep it streetable.

I didn't think that the B1 series turbos had wastegates??? I thought if anyone was running one, it had to be external. Something about the original wastegates on the B1's not being very good. Is this right?

The original B1 turbos had wastegates they were just clamped shut. This was due to the wastegate actuator would hit on the shock tower. Now a B-1 can be had with the wastegate operational. It is actaully a very nice design on the full B1, it is a dual port wastegate.
