Will Someone Explain The Turbo Saver

Anybody using the PDR intercooler boots, i was just wondering how much better they are than the stock boots?

I have another brand purchased before Piers brought these out. I've held them in my hands... . they are VERY high quality, tough, industrial strength, etc. I doubt most of us would even need to use the clamps (don't try this at home). Doing it over, I'd buy the PDR.

I have the Pires boots for the last 4 months they are great @ 1/2 the cost of OEM and better built. I have yet to blow these boots off . I could not keep the stock boots on I make @ 40 psi boost. Note that if you bye them you will heed to make them more pliable with hot water before installing them. They are very stiff not easy to install but will not come off.

I installed the elbows today and man what a chore, getting the orientation right is tough, allow twice the time you think it will take. . I think they will last for miles and I can see why Chrysler used the flexible ones there easy to install. One more tip ,there is a painted mark for reference on the stock elbows mark the inter cooler to match and then transfer the mark on the new boots, and soak them in boiling water just prior to installation.

Just ordered me a set today. . along with some ammo to back up 'em up, including head studs. Didn't get the "deluxe" kit though...
