PE boost module??

2001. 5 6spd stock, gauges and WD AF, what will the boost module do for me? more horespower? Top end? pickup off the line? anyone have any comments. what are the advantages and disadvantages?? wanting to ease into the bombing is it a good place to start??

I'm starting to feel like a broken record. Mike, the Edge EZ or the DD box is a great first upgrade to the ETH. I put the EZ in my otherwise stock ETH and it really screamed, big seat of pants difference between stock and after the EZ. You will like it. I have added alot to my truck since the EZ, this is only due to a "Bombing addiction" to want MORE. The EZ alone really wakes up that sleeping giant.

Scott, I think what he is asking is what would a boost module alone do with not other upgrades. Not the EZ or PE.

The answer is the boost module alone will not accomplish anything. Adding more air does not increase power.

I agree, adding more air without more fuel would give a very low return, IMHO.

Thanks for your input. Sorry for all the questions, it seems like every time I click on somthing there is somthing I havent read about or somthing that may be a good place to start. Guess I am going to with the PE EZ as soon I can. Thanks , and my question was about the boost module alone.
