PE-Comp vs. DD Ultimate Fueling Module

Anybody know the difference between the Poweredge Comp and DD's Ultimate Fueling Module? Both boxes look the same from the outside, and the literature seems to indicate the same workings inside... . Are these boxes both the same just marketed by different folks? Is one any better than the other? Any ideas?

PE makes the box for DD , to DD's specs , timing curves being the biggest difference i believe .

The DD Ultimate Fueling Module is the same thing . I order it from DD for $660. 00 to my door. When I opened the box from DD there was a box from Power Edge.
