PE4200
Hopefully this will rid me of any lift pump troubles. Friday I had Rip Rook install his PE pump and upgraded fuel lines to the fuel filter. Acouple hundred miles later so far so good. 22psi at idle and 17psi on kill uphill and 18. 2 mpg to boot.
ScottyII
The same day I got a ScottyII-AFE from Rip and installed it with the help of acouple fellow Northwest Bombers. It didnt lower peak EGT's on 4x5 and up but below that setting it lowered them at least 100*. However it does slow their rise and cool more quickly than anything I ran before so it works well. The only drawback is the noise, with the windows down I cant hear any difference. In a sealed cab to me it sounds quite retarded, not overly loud just kind of a cheesy sucking sound.
After these installs we went to a local dyno and I layed down 417 hosepower
Aint no monster but it sure is fun! Oo.
