Peace Activists, Care and Feeding thereof

With all of this talk of war, many of us will encounter "Peace Activists" who will try and convince us that we must refrain from retaliating against the ones who terrorized us all on September 11, 2001, and those who support terror.

These activists may be alone or in a gathering..... most of us don't know how to react to them. When you come upon one of these people, or one of their rallies, here are the proper rules of etiquette:

1. Listen politely while this person explains their views. Strike up

a conversation if necessary and look very interested in their ideas.

They will tell you how revenge is immoral, and that by attacking

the people who did this to us, we will only bring on more violence.

They will probably use many arguments, ranging from political to religious

to humanitarian.

2. In the middle of their remarks, without any warning, punch them in

the nose.

3. When the person gets up off of the ground, they will be very angry

and they may try to hit you, so be careful.

4. Very quickly and calmly remind the person that violence only brings about more violence and remind them of their stand on this matter.

Tell them if they are really committed to a nonviolent approach to undeserved attacks, they will turn the other cheek and negotiate a solution. Tell them they must lead by example if they really

believe what they are saying.

5. Most of them will think for a moment and then agree that you are

correct.

6. As soon as they do that, hit them again. Only this time hit them

much harder. Square in the nose.

7. Repeat steps 2-5 until the desired results are obtained and the

idiot realizes how stupid of an argument he/she is making.

8. There is no difference in an individual attacking an unsuspecting victim or a group of terrorists attacking a nation of people. It is unacceptable and must be dealt with. Perhaps at a high cost. We owe our

military a huge debt for what they are about to do for us and our children.

We must support them and our leaders at times like these. We have no

choice.

We either strike back, VERY HARD, or we will keep getting hit in the nose.

Lesson over, class dismissed

Wish I had known about this suggestion the weekend the Peace Nazis clogged up ACademy Blvd a few months ago. Didnt see it, but avoided it b/c was on the radio. Was wishing for about 6 CTD rams that we could loosen (or take out) the AFC on, and leave the bleeding hearts in a cloud of smoke. DOnt get me wrong, I have nothing against the peaceful protest, esp if I can point and laugh, but to block traffic, no. Then there was an uproar about how the Springs Police handled it; threw tear gas into the crowd.

Smokin' Hippies

... and no, I don't mean that in the "gettin' high" kind of way. I was downtown here in Prescott the other day, and there was a protest going on... I had what you guys would call some "bad influence" (aka, 3 friends) with me and sure enough, there were about 75 "protesters" on the sidewalk wasting valueable police resources, cause there were about 15 police "protecting" them. Anyway, the friends are all telling me it'd be a good idea to smoke 'em out and I have to say that I agreed, but figured that was a heck of a way to get a ticket too, so decided against it, UNTIL this one dumb-broad stepped off the curb in front of the car in front of me... nothing gets the blood boiling like stupidity near by, cause there's a chance it will rub off, and I don't like that sort of thing, soooooo, the Comp came alive to 5x5. Car in front stopped, I stopped, then the hemp-freak moved back out of the way, so we continued... we were only going about 5 MPH, so I decided I'd touch the brakes (ok, they were almost to the floor) and the soot-pedal at the same time. Well, 5000 ft elevation, DD3's, Comp on 5x5, and stock HY-35/9 turbo makes for one heck of a smoke show, and sure enough, the freak got out of the way, but others did not... :D:D:D:D So, after doing it once, we needed to go around the block to park, but there weren't any parking spots, and after taking 3 rights, well, that puts you back on the same corner as before, but going at a different direction then before. Lite was red, and I was the third car back... I had the windows down, and as the light went green I was going to turn right again, and I heard a male-hippie-freak say "Hey, that's the truck that blew all that bad smoke last time!" As I heard him say this, well, I looked over, smiled, and put both pedals to the floor again... LMAO... Totally smoked those two guys, and then we had the corner, where the same freak lady was standing not 18" from my mirror, which translates into 18" from my tailpipe, which was blowing the black-cloud like it was it's job (which it is, right?) LOL... white dress and black soot don't mix well, and she was toast!!! As I pulled up to the next stoplight, there were about 10 veterans there with US flags and one guy with an 82nd Airborne Flag... well, the guy with the airborne flag came to attention and saluted me!!!  I waved, and he came close enough for me to tell him "Thank you for protecting me and my country" to which he quietly said "you're welcome. " Ah, but that's not the end of the story... we ate dinner, and came back out and sure enough they were all still there... can't miss out on this opportunity I thought, so around we went again. Same setup as the 2nd time, as in coming around the corner, but this time I was first at the red lite, so I just sat there "building boost" till the light went... they were all a fair distance away when I went around the corner, but the wind drift still got 'em good. :) THE BEST PART OF THE NIGHT, was after the tires quit spinning around the corner, I glanced to the right, and there was a COP giving me a big thumbs-up with a smile to back it up. I waved and figured that I would be done for the night...

So, there's my smokin' hippies story... sorry for being so long-winded, but I like to tell a story right! :)

Since I have a stock truck (for now) I can't shut stupid people up with a black cloud. I have to resort to verbal tactics. here is yesterdays example... .

At the gas pump some guy looks at my rear window and sees two US flags. Then feels compleid to say "oh I see you are pro-war"

"what the f#$* are you talking about dumba$$"

"the flags in your rear window... you are pro-war or pro-bush"

"How about pro-USA, pro-freedom, pro-troops fighting for you and me both"

"I suppose if you where younger you would would enlist just to go over there and think you are doing something good"

I reply "yes, i would after high school I tried to enlist but medical condition kept me out. You look old enough the have been in 'nam. Did you fight or run to canada?"

I was given a finger gesture not necassarily indicted I was number one and he got back in his car and left (never even pumped his gas. )

It is very sad that the people who fought to protect our freedom (including the fredom to burn and desicrate the US flag) label anyone who shows the flag as an extremist. I don't get it. This whole situation is having a very polarizing effect on the right vs. left, and the gap is getting wider.
