I bought a Peragon cover for my 03, and about 13 months after purchase, one of the panels broke. Their customer service is understaffed- it took two weeks to get a response to email and phone contact.

When I finally got a human, he sold me two replacement panels, charging for only one ($60) as I was just barely out of warranty. He also gave me a tech support number to make sure I got it installed correctly.

The panels came, no installation hardware nor directions. The pop-rivet like system is not something I have ever seen before, either. Two weeks from part arrival, still no return call or email from the folks at Peragon.

This cover is about half the price of the Pace Edwards or Roll n lock covers, but the customer service leaves me thinking the extra money would have been well spent!

Peragon follow up

I finally heard back from tech support, and he told me how to Install the parts. He also gave me some tips on reinstalling the cover- had these been printed in the original instructions, I might not have needed the new parts anyway! On the other hand, I don't read so good...

The cover is back on and functional, but still lets too much water in the bed to be a great product. Good for the money, but probably better to spend $4-500 more and get the RollNLock or Pace Edwards.

YMMV.
