First-things-first: get 100% out of the system you have, then make the determination if you need mo-bigga-bedda brakes. Not well-versedin things Ford, but doesnt the CV share front brakes with the Must. GT? If so, use a high-performance pad set, coupled with racing brake fluid (AP550, SuperBlue, etc). Also, some fabricating of air ducts to the brakes is wise. The front brakes do about 85% of the stopping, and with a heavy car like yours, plus it being an automatic (no engine braking to help out) puts an extra strain on the brakes. Heat is the enemy, and a big help will be to stop some of the weight transfer during braking: stiffen the suspension to prevent forward roll under braking... keeping the vehicle more level. Also, the warping of your front rotors is from getting them very hot, then sitting at the stop light with your foot on the brake... pop it up to neutral and get your foot off the pedal after a hard stop.
