Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Performance Engineering in PA?

Has anyone had any experience with Performance Engineering in Erie, PA? They are an engine rebuilding outfit and sound pretty good. Talked to Shawn on the phone, he said they use new blocks, not cores, and will build one however you want... price is pretty competitive.

Ask around a little more. A friend of mine just got burned. He will talk you till hes blue in the face and he is super nice. But he doesnt come up with the goods. They are ready to drive to Eerie in the next couple weeks over it. He promised them two engines and turbos and headstuds in January. So far and I hear $20K later nothing but headstuds have ever arrived.

Does anybody know anything about Rhino or PowerPro? I'm just looking for a stock drop in engine. I don't want to attempt a rebuild on my own...
