Good job, Mike!
They were first imported to Canada in the 60's from Vietnam, then here in the 80's. They get their name from the sway back and low hanging pot belly.

Nick, which does Bitsy like the most? A new bale of straw or soft mud?

Michael

When it is cold, the straw. When it is hot, the mud:D It's hard to take a picture of her in her house because when she hears or sees you she comes on the run. I don't have a clue how she learned to associate treats with me....?

Bitsy is one very smart and "refined" Pot Belly Pig". Oh, and have I mentioned SPOILED!? LOL

PETS???? are like a Dog or Cat (Heaven forbid your a cat man) Pigs Are for eating. I personally like them slow turned over a bed of hot wood coals for MANY hours before ringing the dinner bell for everyone to come and get it, accompanied with lots of different styles of salads & side dishes

AND LOTS OF BEER!!!!!

Winterized Bitsy's house today, it was 5* this morning and they say down to -5 before this storm is over. Added plastic behind her lattice shade and a door flap out a grease rag bed sheet:)
