About 20 or so (maybe more) years ago, Peterbilt dealers used to stock shift knobs for the old 5-4 or 5-5 or AUX BOX shifters that were transparent clear, or blue, or red with what looked like "glitter" and a Peterbilt red oval emblem inside.

Does anyone work at a Peterbilt dealer that may have some NOS shifter knobs, or know where to find these? All the Pete dealers sell in quantity now is Fuller knobs. I want one.

Thanks.

On that episode of Monster Garage this past Monday, Jesse went to a truck parts supply and bought a green one. Had the metal flake with The Peterbuilt logo in it. They would be cool to have, but I don't know what it would take to make it fit (SAE to Metric).

I've got a green metal flake one without the peterbilt emblem that is tall and straight and it seems like the threading is a lot bigger, like 3/8 or 1/2. My brother took it out of one of his old trucks. How about finding one in a junk yard?
