Here is a list of parts replaced with internet pricing from my local parts buddy. Compare to earlier list prices.

The def pump for 2013-18 is a different part number. For my 2015 I got it for $999 on eBay through an authorized mopar seller. Online parts places were around $1300 and I think the dealer was around $1800.
I wonder if the newer pump could be made to work on the older trucks some day?

Do you have your part number, curious what I would pay for it.

I hope mine doesn't go out after warranty is up! You did get a "GOOD" price on yours.

I had a 7 yr 70,000 warranty and my truck had around 77,000 when the def pump crapped out. I remember when I was getting the max care warranty I could have gotten the 85k warranty for only a $150 more. I wasn't thinking clearly, but I only missed the mileage by a little bit. I was driving way less back when I bought it since I had a second vehicle. I only drive this now and racked up more than I thought I would.
I would be interested also to know what your parts guy could get the pump for. The one I bought from ebay has a two year warranty at any mopar dealer, supposedly. It is a factory mopar part with a build date only a couple months ago. It was a pretty easy install. I got a siphon hose to get the def fluid out. Wasn't much spillage after that. I put 2.5 g of def and 1 gallon of distilled water. It has been working fine so far.
