Sorry to hijack this thread but is anybody buying fuel in Mexico and what are the prices?

Same station 4. 61 today 6/9/08. World news tonight said the opec nations are going to have a meeting as the price of oil is way out of control and grossly over priced. Ya think?. Looks like the gap between gas and diesel is narrowing. Now that gas is climbing over 4. 00 a gallon the squeaky wheels are really crying.

When I was in western Mexico in early April (Los Mochis area) it worked out to $2. 16 US, but I think it's higher now.

It was 2. 19 two days ago in Otay,east of Tijuana.
