got an e-mail from photopoint.com that our free albums will not be free anymore,,they are gonna start charging for them,,i know there are a lot of us that use the service and was just wandering if any one else got the same info

yea, i got the same info. going to keep mine at least a year and in the mean time going to see what else i can find. The way that I figure it the 25 free prints you get for the signup fee will equal it all out. after that, i'm not going to renew it.

If your ISP give you space for a personal web page you can use that. It's really easy to use, especially if all you want to do is store pics there. You don't even need to create a web page, just FTP the files to the web site, and then point to them from the fourm messages. You can create a personal web page later if the bug bites you. Creating a simple web page is not much harder then posting messages with links or images here. Good luck. The link in my sig points to my web site.

I got that info from Photo Point also. $9. 95 without or $19. 95 with prints. I guess I didn't respond quick enough. Now I got new offer of $19. 95 or $29. 95 if I take it before May 1st.

Email I got from Photo Point said that the service will continue to be free if you store 10 or less photos on it. That would be plenty for me since all I use them for is to post photos here, except for the fact that the photos won't appear after you delete them from the site. The Other forum has some info on other free sites that you might want to check out.
