Well, the old truck got to the 200,000 mile mark and I was able to get a picture of the event. Several others have done this and I am just following suit.

Yea I forgot my digi camera when I turned mine over, but I will wait for 300K as well. Is there a TDR 200,000 Club license plate like there is for the 100,000? I have the 100,000, but I want to update and show off!

Dieselminded, I thought about getting the truck up to 85 or so and snapping the pic but that would not be a real safe thing to do. Would make for some interesting comments though! :D :D

Yes, I pulled over and snapped it then took off again.

I saw a post that indicated that you can apply for the oily rag award. I think J is in charge of those. I guess if there is someone doing a 100k series tag, I need to be saving for my 500k.

Whats the "oily rag award"?

Congrats Stan. I know that when Brad gets done with it, it will be good for at least another 200,000 miles.

Yes They Do

Congratulations, Stan!! I had just happened to have my camera in the truck for work when I hit 200.

Here's what I got from TDR for sending a pic of the odometer (it doesn't have to be exactly on 100, 200, 300... . ) and a pic of my truck. It did require the amount of p&h or something like that. You will also be eligible for the high mileage section of the magazine. I made it in 2 issues ago.

Anyway, here's wishing you many more miles, Stan!
