Pick a turbo for me.....

Okay guys I am thinking its time for a new turbo, my HX40 has served me well and I have not blown it out the tail pipe yet so why not save its life and replace it. The question for you is what turbo is the correct one for me. All my mods are listed in my signature with the exception of an H20/Meth kit that is not installed yet. I do not tow much and when I do its less than 5K lbs. I do drag race and I like to hot rod around. The truck is also not my daily driver but I do drive it around town and on long road trips once in a while. I also do not have head studs or o-rings so I guess I need to limit my boost to 45 psi for the time being.



With all that, what do you think I should run?

I would consider a II Spuer Phat Shaft 62 or the HTT 62/71. Both of these turbos will perform excellent and support your current fueling level.

just like Doug said the 62 turbos would be perfect for your setup.

62-64/14 but look into those studs soon so u can really use what youve got!

Both of the 62's should let you tow with no egt issues also and are good well into 500hp+ range
