This is my first post. I have been a "lurker" for years, but I can't contain my self. I have had two dodge CTD's ('92&98. 5)prior to this week.

I picked up my new truck Monday. 2004, 3500, 325/600 slt. four hatcher. 228 miles so far and loving it. I was a little reluctant to buy another 1/2 year after my 98. 5 ate five lift pumps and five injection pumps, among other problems. But, I think they got this baby dialed. Power is awesome, rides like a caddy, and the ladies are breaking their necks! Not to mention the neighbors seem to be a lot happier in the morning (don't know how long that will last).

So I'm looking for some input on bombing this beast. I am looking at the BD exhaust brake, bigger exhaust, intake???, maybe a box( when they come out, don't need it yet), and... ...

Just looking for some input, thanks guys.

You're in the right place! Welcome to the 'active' roster.

Gauges are always the first thing to 'bomb'.

Everything else is debatable; depends on your priorities... . towing vs. speed, etc.
