Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Just installed the 2nd gen cb mount from Geno's. To my dismay I had to remove my center floor mat :{ . After contemplating that if the center floor mat was still in place it would be a great place to run the wiring with out trying to fish the wires under the carpet. The solution was to cut the cb support leg half way up, cut a slot in the bottom bracket, drill and tap the bracket that remained on the cb mount there by making an adjustable leg. Reinstalled center floor mat and adjusted support leg. Now I am happy. I guess I am just to picky as making that support leg adjustable should be standard, although the design of the cb holder is excellent.
