Looks like the makings of a fine hellhole to me.

The guys that took the pics arent military personell... per say.

Theyre DoD employees, part of the DISE team. Deployable Intellegence Support Element. (Note, many uniforms in the pics say "DoD" and the lack of unit I. D. and rank )

Reason theyre there is they specialise in foreign weapons and equipment.

Right now they must feel like a kid in a candy store.
