need pics of 305-70-16 on stock wheels and truck

Im in the debate of which tires to run, I diddnt want to go this wide but I can get an e range tire in a 305, I dont have any lift so I cant go to a 315.

so im wondering if anyone has any pics on stock aluminum wheels and stock height truck.

Thanks. Dan

I had 305s on my truck but I had a 2. 5" lift on front. You should be able to run them without a lift though as long as you use the stock wheels. Is your truck a 4x4? Do you have the alloy wheels. You may get a little rub on the inside where it touches the control arm on the passenger side but it's not much to worry about.

oops forgot to mention the specifics. 02 4x4, plow package, and camper package. stock aluminum wheels. the truck sits pretty tall as it is.

My truck has a 2" leveling kit in the front and my 315-75-16s never rub even with my plow on the truck. I have aftermarket wheels on my truck now but I also had them on factory alloys at one time never had a problem.

These are 305-70-16s on my truck with stock wheels and no lift. I never had them rub but they didn't have alot of tread when I bought the truck and I replaced with with 265s.

305's should work well on the stock aluminum rims. I had a set on the chrome rims like CNeubauer and it was a lot of tire for that rim. The aluminum rim is approximately 1" wider than the older chrome rim.
