I posted the completed stacks last week but had no pics with the soot rolling. The wind was blowing pretty good and kept the smoke bottled up instead of flowing back but its all good

I just noticed how much the truck squats under acceleration, back end is up in one picture almost like normal and sitting level in the other picture Oo. ... ok that may be lame to you, just a fathers pride :-laf

oh yeah nothing looks better than a nice set of bullhaulers on a truck. looks even better when there is coal rolling out of them nice Oo. looking truck!!!!!!!!!

Man, DHayden those came out nice. I'm trying to get leave to go home "Silver City" in November and might run down to Cruces to see your truck. Maybe go play with some power strokes... Where did you get your bull haulers?

Come by anytime. There arent many trucks willing to play around here :( . There is a nice looking 3rd Gen white sport dually with SRT-10 hood and a bunch of goodies on it that make it look pretty tight but it's got a Hemi  . He recieved 1 spanking from yours truly and the next 2 times I've seen him he makes a quick turn :-laf .

The Bullhaulers came from Blackclouddiesel.com but I would order some stuff individually and try to get the pipes off Ebay or something. BC was to spendy but the wife was yelling in my ear to get these put on and BC had the kit and stacks so.....

At least the wife is off my back about the stacks now, she was getting mean  :D

BTW for anyone interested, the stacks are not the height and position they would normally be. If the stacks were set up normal they would have been to short for my taste so I had to fab up some supports to raise the y-pipe about 4 inches. I wanted the bend in the stack to be right at, maybe slightly below the cab of the truck. If I would have gone with the longer stacks I would had to have cut some off so I guess it worked either way.

KenJackson, I dont know for sure that you can get bullhaulers on ebay. I swear I saw some a while back but you may have to watch for them. There are a few different people that sell mitre cut and turnouts for a very reasonable price.

Lookin' good Dean! Are you gonna leave your old exhaust on their too? Some type of bypass maybe?

Thank you thank you, yep I left the old exhaust on. Blackclouddiesel sells a splitter box for $60 you can control in cab. I figured I wouldnt make much selling the old exhaust compared to what I paid and now I can keep the smoke out of an open boat or any other trailer I'd like to keep a little cleaner.

The stacks arent allot louder than before but at least I can shoot it out the back on long trips to cut down the db's a bit, or smoke out the ricer riding my butt :-laf

those look really hot, is the Y pipe below or above the bed? what do you have done to that truck, I'm lookin at buying my buddy's truck, which makes plenty of smoke through a single exhaust, just wondering how it might be through doubles.

The y-pipe is in the bed. You can see my power upgrades in my signature, for a full list of mods you can go to my reader's rigs gallery. Thanks for the compliment :)

Well the old exhaust ended up comming out today so I could fit my traction bar in. I'm going to have the left side of the old exhaust rebent or cut off so it will fit and put it back in later.

Hey Dean!

we need to get you to come up to alb for a meet sometime...

BTW, My cousin just got a 98 12V LB ex cab 5-speed, silver. Im getting him a plate and stuff for it soon. maybe then you will have someone to play with!

BTW, what are you doing with your old exhaust? I might be interested. ;)

later,

Jeff

I'd like to get together, your lunches sound cool but it's a bit to far just for lunch. I'll try to make it up the next time there's an event.

I'm not going to sell the exhaust, I'm going to rework it so I can re install it. Some things being towed I really dont want to dump soot into. These BD3's are some dirty boys. I'm thinking about some mach 4's.

I hear that. Smoke is nice when its all over the ricer behind you, but when it is getting the enclosed trailer, the boat or the jet ski's black, it sucks. thats the ONLY reason I put a turn down on my truck. It saves the right front corner of the Enclosed trailer from getting pitch black.

Im prolly gonna be down in LC sometime in the rather near future to do some bombing to my Cuz's 12V. maybe we can hook up then.
