Great pics. Has anyone come up with a complete fuel delivery system upgrade kit (at least eliminating the banjo bolts and using larger fuel lines)?

thanks chris ...

vanman , we are working on it , it will also depend on how much HP you are planning on , as there is the possibility of 2 different sizes . smallish injectors( 275's , DD1??) and a VA or EZ will be fine with the stock lines and banjos , but its a good idea to either relocate the stock lift pump or add a second pump , i'm going to test both options this weekend .

If someone has a spare banjo bolt around, send it to me, and I'll make some. Are there any other improvements while we are in the process? Then if someone wants, I could ship all new ones, and they wouldn't have to mess with drilling out their old bolts. Is there sufficient interest for me to set up and machine a couple hundred of these? Let me know.

Anyone have the MOPAR part numbers for the banjo bolts. I will call my Dodge dealer and get some prices. Their parts list prices are low and we have a 25% discount.

I could order a bunch and ship them to whoever wants to machine them.

Yes, Thank you Mopar and for Helping me and other TDR members out, The picks look great now I can see what you and others are working on. I also would like to join in on the bolts Ray. Mopar I have A ? Where is the heater located. Please forgive me on my limited knowledge in diesel systems. This is my 1st one. I have another ? our engines are ISB now my ? is The hx40 is use on the cummins ISC now are the fuel filter housing biger than the ISB. I called the cummins repair center to ask them and he told me he needed the model numbers from both engines. not much help at all.

Great work guys! I would be interested in a BOMBed fuel system.

I'm very interested if this could be had in a kit. I agree with the idea to have it for low H. P. and high H. P. applications. Great work this could solve alot of serious problems. The bone heads a D. C. are really closed minded when it come to inovations to improve reliability.

yesterday I was at CUMMINS WEST and asked them what the fuel delivery system was on RV's and they said the newer ones were set up like the 24V--so no help there--I was hoping that it would be different so that I could see if there was something that could help us out, but no way----
Ray e-mail me your address & I'll send you my banjo bolts unless we can get that big order to be shipped to you which would be better---
chris

yes ray, i am sure there will be a lot of guys intrested once it is setteled as to what is the best set up. and if you can make them that would be perfect as i dont want to mess with drill and i am sure there are a whole lot people like me.
thanks

Bad news on the banjo fitting supply from MOPAR. Had some downtime at work this AM and called a few Dodge dealers.

They don't sell the banjo fittings as separate parts, you have to buy the fuel line assembly to get the fittings and they are $$$. $$. They couldn't tell me over the phone which fuel line went where in the fuel system, they said bring in the line and compare it to the picture on the monitor, that's how the guys in the service department do it!!.

Called the local MOPAR place again. Made some progress after spending some time with a somewhat knowledgeable parts person.

4429135 Banjo Screw $6. 25 list ($4. 69)
5015576AA Banjo Washer $1. 20 list ($0. 90)

Prices are list, we can get 25% off. Parts guy couldn't tell me and couldn't find out if the part number for that banjo screw was with or without test port. I am going to try another Dodge dealer later.

That part number is without test port.
