I just bought some Bushwacker flares and was wanting to see some pics with them on. Was also wandering what people on here paid to have them painted?

Thanks,

Russ

Flares

I painted the flares myself. I think I spent $30. 00 fro primer paint and clearcoat. I used Dupicolor. See my Reader's Rigs for pictures.

anyone with pics of mineral grey over silver?

I have often wanted to do the flares on my truck, but I also have wanted to see what it would look like, I love the older dakotas that have the flares the same color as the lower part of the truck but womndered how it would look on the ram. All the ones I have seen have been the same color... Thanks

Mine will be finished this week. They went in for paint on friday, I just need to time to go down and get them installed. I have seen them on the 2 tone trucks and it looks really good.

I will post pics as soon as I get it back from being installed. Oo.

 check out mine they came with the truck when I bought it.

I got my flares painted and installed. Goto my readers rigs to see the pics. If someone knows how to get them into this post have at it.

I had the Bushwackers on my truck. I ended up removing them and repainting the truck due to paint damage from the flairs. Where they meet the truck wears down to bare metal and then starts to polish the metal. They look good.

No-fit flares

Where flares don't fit perfectly (as on the rear), y'all leaving 'em as-is or filling in the gap with silicone? Seems like silicone might be a better bet as long as the excess is wiped off.
