The headlights look about as stupid as the 2000 Ford Taurus windows. Different <> better. The gap under the grill looks like a wooden pupet with it's mouth open.

My $$'s will not go to something that ugly. The headlights are not much better than the old washtub design. IMHO.

I don't know, I thought the new body style was ugly until I got use to them. The only thing that bothers me is the sticker price. $$$$$

HMMMMM, I kind of like the new looks. Especially the 4 doors. Not too fond of the rims and low profile tires though. Unless that was a hopped-up street racer version. Now If the pictures had the cummins badge on them, it would look much better.

In 1994 everyone was crazy over the new design, I NEVER heard a complaint. This new body style is ugly. I hope the 2500/3500 have a different look.



That was exactly why I went and ordered a $38,000 truck. I was afraid DC would make it soccer mom compatible, i. e. IFS, new looks(like the way some people have to have a different hair do every month!) and a quiet engine(designed for taking thru McDonalds).



Just say NO.

4 doors should would be nice, since the kids are getting bigger. I would buy if had the cummins since the wife said she would be happy having the old 97 as her rig and send the tired explorer down the road.

So far I'm still glad we ordered a 2002. I keep hearing that the 2003 common rail Cummins will be around 275 BHP - heck, the ETH with an EZ will get me there and maybe then some (not that I would ever do anything to endanger my valuable DC warranty. )

Pick up the (I think) latest issue of Mopar Action. They have a 3-4 page article on the new 1/2 ton. Looks like a good deal to me... . I think that styling would be killer in a dually model. . not sure about anything else. But those back windows roll down. . not vent like the current doors. The low profile wheels and tires are an Option also. It will take some getting used to but I think it will take off IMO. Especialy since they killed the 318 and the 360(soon. . not at the start) and they will be starting production of the 300+hp Hemi motor. 300hp in a 1/2 ton truck. . heh heh almost as fun as a CTD

I like the Billet grill, the interior white gauges and that's about all! Those over laping fish eyes for lenses and the two torpedo holes for fog lites got to go... However, I couldn't see the cup holders and if they ended up being cool, I probably get one... LOL
