Hey, Luke Warmwater, i dont mean to be a pest, but does there happen to be a part number on those wheels?? I keep staring at that picture and i love the way they look, but the guy at the local tire joint says he cant find that backspace. only 4. 5" and i think 6. 1, my current wheels are 16. 5x9. 75 with 4. 5 backspace, and they stick out too darn far. without looking at one in person, im worried the 6. 1 b. s. will be tucked in nicely but look too shallow. thanks in advance

Thanks much for the link, that is perfect. I get so dang frustrated dealing with people who are SUPPOSED to know what they are talking about or selling, and they dont. You would think that since these guys sell wheels all day long they would know their products, but. . well you know  Blems, dang that sounds good to me, i bet nobody would even notice the valve stems if you didnt point it out. Wonder if they will mail order?

Dang, estimated shipping date from summit 11-15. Patience has never been one of my stronger qualities. Oh well I think they will be worth the wait.

hate these(Eagle alloy 143) Better than your more common bullet holes but still hard to polish cheap aluminum is cast insted of forged and is very porus like soft wood therefore oxidizes easily and stays ashy.

looking into welds 454 or 878 I like 478s the best but much harder to find and more$

Not trying to hijack, but I have a question. The factory 05 wheels are 17x8. I want to run the 315 BFG ATs, but the rim range is from 8. 5-10. Does that mean I can't run the tires with the 05 factory wheels? Any help?

BDR.

You can run the tire if you want. We have seen a number of trucks that end up with Death Wobble after running that tire. It will fit on the factory wheels just fine. We currently are running 37 inch mud tires on factory wheels.

One particular week I was running the factory wheels with 305 /70 goodyear rubber to save swamper tread. Someone in a suburban stopped in the right lane of a four lane main drag and motioned a car out of a bank, the guy didn't pull out and turn right in front of the suburban like he was supposed to and fall in, he tryed to turn left and pulled out right infront of my truck with the wifey driving needless to say the timing was just right where she was slowing down for the upcoming light but not much. Any way the truck was absolutly un hurt besides the gray plastic was a little puckered and the front chome cummins tag got mangled as well as the mount cop was behind wifey saw it all. The car was a 2 or 3 week old honda and was run over so hard accross the hood about mid way that it knocked the motor out (total loss, only salvage option whould be cut back off and mate with good front end). Didn't even mess up the caster adjustment on the bottom control arm! I just wish I was there and coulda goten some pictures. I belive it mighta been somemore damage with the swampers or stock with no lift woulda killed the radiator condesor and IC but could be worse, I blelive in my heart that the right front wheel woulda fell off of a independent front end chebbie after that LICK

My new Walker Evans Street Locks Showed up last week - just waiting for the 35x12. 5x17 Toyo MTs to show up. Been a pain finding them - Even Toyo Canada is saying weeks still before they have some. . I'll post pics once I get everything mounted. .

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to update everyone on the "Toyo Sitch".

Still no 35's but a few 37's are available. The 35's will be available through my Distibutor in November some time before Thanksgiving. I would bet that all Toyo dealers will have access by then. Now this is just what I heard from my distributor. NOT KORE!!!!

OK had my guy order the 295's the other day - and about 2 hrs before they were supposed to come in, the 35's came in. .

Kept the 35's and my tire guy was so impressed with the 295's he kept them for himself. .

So far really happy with this tires. Very low noise, very stable feel with them, and they look great.
