Picture organizer

Anybody running a good picture organizer program that will run on Vista that they like. I like simple. Thanks in advance

I use Google's Picasa. Since I have online galleries I use it to upload/sync my albums. It is pretty simple but has some nice features and its free. I use XP Pro still but I would be highly surprised if it didn't work on Vista as well.

I'm using Picasa3 on Vista x64. Works great, easy to use and free.
