picture upload

I know this has nothing to do with CTD's but I need some help.

When I try to upload my pictures, it tells me that there was an error,)to big file size, slow connection, etc) can anyone point me in the right direction? THanks

You have to change your picture size. 640 or smaller.

You need to reduce the file size to less than 122k. (I think) You can look up size under properties. Downsizing can usually be done with Paint program. (image-stretch/skew)
