Competition Piers Dyno Day!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the grandaddy of them all!!!!! (ok maybe not but its big!!!!!)

A three day two country (I said country not county) event!!!



Friday September 17th at Piers Diesel Research is the PDR Dyno Day :rock:



Saturday September 18th at the Sumas Rodeogrounds is the PDR sponsered Sumas Sled Pulls (Sumas is 1/2 hour from PDR)



Sunday September 19th at Pacific Raceways in Kent is the Randy's Off Road Diesel Drags and Sled Pull event!!!



We are working on a points system for all three events with the points leader winning the Overall Champion of the event!



The Drag Race and Sled Pull will be Diesel trucks only. We have the track for the day no other events are on the schedule!!!!

We may invite a Viper club to race with us possibly.



During the course of three days you can do a dyno day and two sled pulls and drag race!!!!!!



I will post the details (times and so on) as they become avalible. This is gonna be good!!!

I believe this is the same day as the So-Cal pull that we have semi - committed to attending-CJohnson is putting it together--the one that was to happen July 4th, but is now possibly re-scheduled for the Sept. 18---

Damn, this sucks! I really want to go to that event but I am looking forward to this So Cal one that Cjohnson is putting together. How long of a drive is it up to BC for this Piers deal? I won't be able to make it, hopefully goin' to the So Cal event if it is still happening. Oh well, one of these years I can make it up to BC for a Piers day... ...

Oh yeah! I may have to attend my first sled pull... Someone has to keep me from actually doing it, though. I'd hate to have to re-name the Pavement Princess.

Are there going to be both heads-up and brackets on race day? Man, I hope so! If I have to run heads-up against you-know-who(s), I'm gonna sit in the stands. I'd love to take a stab at a Viper, though.

Piers and his crew put on a great event, so I encourage everyone to make the drive even if it's a long one.

I'll give lessons on donuts/ smoke shows... Oo.

Ar far as the Randy's Off Road Deisel Drags goes we are doing both heads up and brackets just like last year!!!!



If you are running brackets I will be in the stands watching.

Not much of a chance of that. I would not want to go to the trouble of trying to put a hitch under the truck. I also do not want the added wieght.

I am however tempted to throw on a set of paddle tires and try a sand drag



Now that would be cool!!!!!!!
