Piers is #1!!

Just wanted to share my recent purchase and incredible service I received from Piers Diesel.



First purchase I have made with them, I needed some intercooler boots since mine are leaking so I ordered their full set. Bob was super helpful and allowed me to use my Fedex acct for shipping even though they normally only do UPS. Further, before hanging up from the order I asked Bob if he knew where I could get a hold of a 180 thermostat for my truck since Cummins of Denver has em on Back order. He went over to their Cummins store, picked me up one and shipped it out with my boots!!! I explained to him I was in a bind and need to get this in my truck prior to my trip to CA on Friday, they jumped to it and I will have em tommorrow provided Fedex pulls thru on their part. Talk about service!! I am impressed and pleased! Oo. Oo.

In regards to your statement, Piers is #1, I consider myself #1 and Piers and many others out there put the customer first... Sometimes we tend to forget, the customers make our business, and the business is there to make the customer. Piers Diesel Research Co. & staff are truly FIVE STARS. . Oo. Oo.
