There is a boost source on the 24v engines as well, it's a 3/4" plug right behind the fuel filter on the block. Also, AFAIK the pillar mounts that Geno's is selling is the same one that DIS is selling. You can either mount it directly (by using screws directly into the a-pillar sheet metal), or you can mount it to your existing a-pillar plastic. You have a choice of cutting off the tweeter mount if you have one and moving the tweeter to the new a-pillar, or getting a new a-pillar w/o the tweeter as said above and moving the tweeter to the new one.

someone posted that they bought a factory A pillar w/o the tweeter and removed the clips and attached them to the new A pillar with guages--now it looks like the bottom & top clips will work with the two guage A pillar but I'm not sure about the 3 guage pillar--anyway I've ordered the factory pillar w/o tweeter ($37. 50 out the door) and will take a dremel & cut the clips out and then put the freshly cut up pillar up against my new 2 guage pillar w/tweeter & mark where the clips should go and silicone them into place & voila instant replacement--that is a true replacement--& I still have my original pillar w/tweeter--once I get my paint and new guages and pillar I'll let you guys know how it worked--can't see why it won't--chris

And they're all autometer pillars, near as I can tell. Mine from Geno's is, just installed it yesterday, as a direct replacement, no covering over the old one. I pulled the tweeter out of the old pillar, trimmed the edge a little with an utility knife (it's a tight fit next to the middle pod), and it clipped right in. Doesn't rattle or move around. It would if I hadn't trimmed it though.

Looks great.
