2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Pillar trim

This may just be the result of my old age delerium, but I seem to recall seeing front pillar trim with a pre moulded socket for a tweeter. I know there are pillar trims for gauges available with the tweeter mount, but I'm having trouble finding the passenger side ones. Anyone know what years they were available, and a possible source?

The trucks that have the upgraded radio package(cd,cassette,equalizer) have them(me)on both pillars. The 01-02 have them for sure, maybe even earlier, 99-00.

There must be three different colors, hence the three part numbers for each.

I couldn't find the color chart codes. This ought to get you close.
