Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Pilot or Throw-out Bearing Squeal?!?

i have an NV5600 and I just put in a new clutch with throw out bearing about 5 months ago. All of a sudden on Monday it started to squeal/screech with the pedal about half way down. On Tuesday it went away the pedal was harder to push down than normal. well this morning on my way to work the pedal was almost impossible to push down... on my way home it was almost impossible to push down, would squeal the the pedal depressed just idleing. When you rev up the motor the squeal will go away... What could this be?!?

well last night I got in the truck, and now you cannot push the clutch in at all...

I wonder if you got the fork in backwards?

I wouldn't think so, the truck has been working fine for about 6 mo. now...
