this is part of a question I had on a previous post:
On my 95 ctd, I have a #10 plate with the restriction in the wastegate line to the pump. I understand you can pinch off/plug this line. What are the consequences or things to watch for when doing this(besides grenading your turbo)? Do I plug both the steel line from the actuator and the rubber line to the pump?
