Thanks Glen, I saw the one from summit. If nothing happens with pinnacle I will get the one from summit. I thought the one from pinnacle had a lifetime warranty. I guess if they are out of business the lifetime is over. Thanks again.

Jeff

Yeah they did offer a lifetime warranty. I used to have one on my truck. The pipe over the axle cracked and they sent me a new one no questions asked. I was suprised when you said the phones were disconnected. Good luck. -Glen

Jeff...

I know someone here locally to us who has a 4" tailpipe for sale brand new. It was ordered along time ago by someone and was never picked up. If you drop me a note or call my cell I will give you his number... ..... Andy

Jerry Jardine is the owner of Pinnacle Performance. He is an old hotrodder from SoCal who manufactured performance headers and exhaust systems for many years. His name was well known among hotrodders. He sold his company named "Jardine Headers" years ago and moved to a small town in Wyoming. It may have been his birthplace, I don't know.

If anyone is unable to find the company numbers you might try looking for a number listing under his name, Jerry Jardine.

He may have retired or even died unexpectedly, he would be in his 70s, I think.

I had known his name since I was a kid and met him on the Hot Rod (magazine) Power Tour in 1998.

I happened to pull into the same Motel 6that he did in Council Bluffs, IA one winter night a couple years ago when I was transporting. He was pulling a gooseneck tandem axle trailer with a Dodge-Cummins dually and headed home to WY with a load of raw material, IIRC. A good guy.

I met him a few year ago in Muncie. The neat thing is my wife and I stayed in the town in Wy that his company is in. It is Dubois, Wy. Jeff
