Getting ready to change out front and rear diferentialls and tranfer case to synthetics. Went to look up how much of each I would need and found that the service manuel lists the capacities for these three fills in either liters or pints. I'm kinda dumb and really only know Quarts as that is how EVERYTHING that goes into a veh seems to come packaged.

How many QUARTS ( ball park figure) for each. Front and rear and transfer case. I'm trying to get an estimate of how much to get. Will a case fill both the front and rear? If it was listed in Quarts I would know. LOL.

Any help or atleast a formula for conversion would be appreciated.

Thanks

I do not want to be mean, but pints and quarts are not Metric, they are fractional measure, or as we know them, American Measurements. :--) Liters are the close Metric measurement.

I believe JCyrbok was asking for a simple answer. I don't think

your insulting him or me is what this forum is here for. Do you just cruise the site looking for a chance to show you know that 2 and 2 make 4?

Now, if you want to show us how intelligent you are, why don't

you refrain from making comments unless they are meant to be helpful. Isn't this what this site is all about?

Should not we have an environment on this site that encourages

new CTD owners to ask any ? they have without being responded to in a manner that might discourage future postings because they are less "INFORMED" than others?
