Piston?

I know the 04. 5+ trucks have a 20* tighter spray pattern on the injectors, but does anyone know if this is due to a piston bowl change from the previous pistons? Also if anyone would have or know of pictures of both ie: 2004 HO piston and 2004. 5+ HO piston.

How's your truck running? I saw a 04. 5 piston and it has a very large bowl with some kind of coating. Larger than the 03s. The DPM shoot out is 9/9/06 are you comming?

The truck is running good, been pulling a little this summer, around 15 hooks. Not going to make it, back in school in Iowa.



Thanks for the pictures Justin, I have seen them before, but I would like to compare them to a picture of the older pistons if anyone has one. And possibly if anyone would now the bowl sizes, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm striking out trying to find a picture of the piston bowl on a 2003-2004. Anyone know where a picture like this might be found?
