I got mine from Skyjacker. Mine is only lifted 4" but they list a 6" pitman arm as well. I think they also sell a lift block for the steering knuckle, so you can split the difference.

Skyjacker 4" drop arm - pn# DA40. Most local 4-wheel parts stores, or maybe mail order like Summit racing. Cost ~ $95.

I once owned a 91 W250 CTD which I installed the Skyjacker 6" springs in the front. I had to utilize a combination of a 4" (Skyjacker) drop pitman arm, and a 2" (Superlift)steering arm spacer block to keep the drag link level. I also had to install an adjustable drag link (Superlift) to keep the steering wheel centered. I discovered that if the drag link is not [nearly] level [between the pitman arm and the steering arm] you will not have full travel between the steering stop bolts. You will also find that the double universal [cardan] joint in the front drive shaft will not flex far enough to connect the stock drive shaft to the front yoke. I ended up having a custom front drive shaft fabricated to accomodate the extreme drive shaft angle to the front axle.
