Here's what I did with the e-brake switch. I don't even have to lean to reach for it. It's only a few inches from the shifter knob. I have orderd the BD shifter switch, but I think I'll try this setup for a while and see if I like it.

Also, instead of connecting the white switch wire to the cigar lighter, I just slid it in the plastic conduit and connected it to the swtich black wire at the fuse. The light comes on only when e-brake actuator is enabled.
