2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission plastic air intake at base of windshield

Just installed the Cab Fresh Filters on my 98. 5. one of the plastic nuts that have the torq head will not hold. bought a new nut, still will not hold. the stud that it screws onto is loose and turning. anyone replaced one of these stud? :{ :{

Is it the one closest to the passenger side mirror? Mine has been missing for a few years now since installing the air kit. It hasn't hurt anything.

You can get these at the dealer and the top and bottom parts are separate part numbers. I replaced some of mine. Sorry I didn't get the part numbers into my records yet that I have with me on the road but they should be able to look them up like they did for me.
